If you are looking for the way to loose weight, fitness is usually not enough. That's because it's a must to keep balance between the calories one consumes and calories they spend. If you don't know, where to start, it is a good idea to check your BMI (body mass index). You can do the calculations by yourself, or use a BMI calculator. When you have your BMI, you will see, how much of extra weight you have. Next, calculate the balance of nutrients to gain your goal, and mind the number of calories you need to spend to loose weight.
