What you’ll need…
- A large bunch of kale

- Salt to taste
(This recipe makes 4 serves)
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Prepare a baking sheet with lightly-greased baking paper or foil.
- Wash the kale and remove the thick
stems. Tear or cut up into chip-sized pieces, and spin in a salad spinner to
dry it out.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the kale
and sprinkle on some salt. Mix it up with your hands to make sure it spreads
evenly.
- Spread the pieces of kale on the
baking sheet, and roast until crunchy and slightly brown.
