Spicy garlic bok choy

tasty way to enjoy your greens, with only 63 calories per serve! This makes a
delicious side dish that can be served along with all your favourite meals.
What you’ll need…
- 650-700 grams baby bok choy, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed chilli
- 1/4 cup water
(This recipe makes 3 serves)
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large, deep saucepan. Add the garlic
and cook until lightly brown.
- Add the bok choy and stir around. Cover and let cook for
around 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and chilli. Keep stirring for
another 2 minutes
- Add water and stir for 2 to 3 more minutes, or until the bok
choy is tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
