Get your sweet fix without the guilt! This scrumptious chocolate pudding gives you a diet-friendly way to enjoy your desert, with just 61 calories and 0.3 grams of fat in each serve. Plus, it’s packed with over 8 grams of protein, so it will keep the late-night munchies at bay.


What you’ll need…


  • 2 cups (or 450 g) fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 packet sugar-free, low-fat instant chocolate pudding mix

This recipe makes 8 servings (one serving is 1/2 a cup)

Directions

  1. Place the pudding mix, milk and cottage cheese in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until the mixture sets- it should be slightly thicker than normal instant pudding.
  3. Serve up and enjoy! Eat it with a banana or some strawberries for a delicious treat.
