It’s
easier than you think to burn 100 calories- add some of these activities into
your day to give your fitness plan a little boost. Even if you just do one per day, it adds up to 700 calories
a week, or 2,800 a month. Doing five per day for two weeks can mean losing an
extra kilo. And most of these activities you can do in less than 15 minutes.

are some quick, easy and fun ways to burn 100 calories…
Go
cycling. Hop on an exercise bike and peddle at a moderate pace for 5 minutes.
If you prefer a more leisurely ride on a proper bike, you can burn the calories
in around 30 minutes.
Jump
the calories away. Just 10 minutes of jumping rope will burn 100 calories.
Put
the music on. Dancing at a fast pace will burn 100 calories in less than 15
minutes. Or, you can slow-dance with a partner for 25 minutes and get the same
effect.
Get
out the lawn mower. Mowing the grass for 15 minutes gets you to the 100 calorie
mark.
Go jogging. A moderate-paced jog will burn the calories off in around 10
minutes. Too cold to go outside? You can jog in place for 12-15 minutes.
Take a walk. A 15 minute power walk is all you need to burn 100 calories.
Clean
